Welcome to Apex Bin Cleaning. By subscribing to or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services Apex Bin Cleaning provides residential garbage, recycling, and organics bin cleaning services in Chilliwack, British Columbia and surrounding areas. Services include pressure washing, deodorizing, and sanitizing residential waste bins using environmentally responsible cleaning methods. Service frequency may include monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, or one-time cleaning depending on customer selection.

2. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Ensure bins are accessible on scheduled service days by leaving bins curbside after municipal pickup.

Apex Bin Cleaning reserves the right to refuse service if bins contain:

• Hazardous waste

• Construction debris • Chemicals or oils

• Materials that may damage equipment

3. Scheduling Service is typically performed on or shortly after the local municipal garbage collection day. Exact service times may vary due to weather, routing efficiency, equipment maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Subscription Billing Subscription services are billed automatically according to the selected plan. Customers may cancel their subscription at any time with 7 days notice prior to the next billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for services already scheduled or completed.

5. Missed Service If a bin is not accessible or the city refused waste pick up at the time of service, it will be considered a missed appointment. Customers may request a rescheduled service, which may incur an additional service fee.

6. Weather and Operational Delays Service may be delayed due to extreme weather conditions, equipment issues, or safety concerns. In such cases the service will be rescheduled.

7. Property and Equipment Apex Bin Cleaning takes reasonable care during service; however, we are not responsible for damage caused by:

• Pre-existing bin damage

• Brittle or deteriorated plastic bins

• Improperly placed bins

• Municipal bin defects

8. Water and Wastewater Cleaning wastewater is collected and disposed of in accordance with local municipal guidelines.

9. Pricing Changes Apex Bin Cleaning reserves the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice to customers. The first 400 Monthly subscribed customers are locked in at the their starting rate and are exempt from any price increases while their original subscriptions are active.

10. Liability Limitation To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apex Bin Cleaning is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
